Gamma Horizon is a hosted platform that is re-sold by thousands of companies. This means your phone system will be sat on someone else’s system. Now, the system may well be reliable and secure, however by its very nature a shared platform cannot provide you the flexibility that your own dedicated VoIP system can.
With 3CX in Azure, you can have all the benefits of your own phone system, but also have it backed by the power of the Cloud, in our opinion it’s the best of both worlds. Yes it will take slightly longer to get it configured, but when it’s done, you’ll have a system you really love, what’s more it’s a system that will grow with your company and allow you to integrate and scale without worry about increased monthly costs.
We wouldn’t dream of encouraging you to move to an untested platform or one that hasn’t earned its stripes. That’s why we moved to it! We made the leap to 3CX several years ago, after it became clear we simply couldn’t affordably implement all the features we needed to manage calls and integrations across all our offices.
