- How much does Azure 3CX cost?
From just £12 per user, when you have more than 10x. This includes all 3CX licensing, hosting, support and unlimited calls. The first 10x users costs £17 per seat. Depending on the complexity of the system and all the features you want to implement there pay be some upfront project time too, but this is minimal. - If VoIP is over the internet why isn't 3CX free? VoIP requires various suppliers to provide services which work together to provide a modern telephone network. The technology and the competition reduces the cost but it's not free, it's simply cheaper that previous telecoms technologies.
- I want stats! Does 3CX connect directly to Power Bi? Yes, 3CX can be made to connect to PowerBi, although it's not out of the box. But fortunately this is where our expertise and knowledge of both platforms comes into play, allowing our platform to exchange the data every minute and present you with up to the minute dashboards providing meaningful data on how your business is performing. We can show you examples of how Bi can work with 3CX.
- How easy is it to integrate 3CX and Plecto? It’s not a plug-and-play solution by any means, so we wouldn’t recommend attempting it yourself. As a managed service provider we can set it up for you in without any stress, and definitely without taking shortcuts. If you simply want some help to get started so you can continue evolving the platform in-house, we can help with that too!
- Is the wallboard data from Plecto coming into 3CX real-time? Near enough, Plecto and 3CX exchange data every minute so you'll be sure to get the latest updates to your team. Obviously we wouldn't recommend it to the accuracy of day trading but for most teams it will be absolutely perfect.
- Will Plecto and 3CX help motivate my sales team? Yes! With clear visuals to show real time numbers and staff leader boards, your team will always be in loop as to where they are with targets. This not only boosts motivation and a little healthy competition, it also boosts productivity. It's also not limited to just sales teams, we use it ourselves for our service desk, and our teams now couldn't live without it. Not least because it also give them access to the stats on their mobiles too.
- With the 3CX mobile app, can I turn it off when i'm off work? Having your 3CX go off out of hours can get annoying, luckily this is easily turned off. The method for doing so differs slightly depending on whether you have an Android or IOS device. From an Android device, this can be done by opening the menu on the top left corner of the screen, selecting Settings and then Accounts. You will then be presented with your extension - long pressing on this will give you the option to "Deactivate" if the extension is active, and "Activate" if not. Deactivating this will stop any calls from being received on your device. Whereas with an IOS device, once in the account section there is a tickbox to the left of the account name.
