It’s not a plug-and-play solution by any means, so we wouldn’t recommend attempting it yourself. If you simply want some help to get started so you can continue evolving the platform in-house, we can help with that too! - What does Plecto do and how much does 3CX integration cost? Plecto is an advanced wallboard used in many sales led and metric oriented businesses, which can also help make an exciting target based environment with competitions, scheduled reports and a beautiful interface for everyone to see. Once you've paid for 3CX, the only thing you need are Plecto licences, which are are usually around £13 per user. We recommend budgeting about £1,000 for the setup and configuration. However with the boost in productivity Plecto brings, you’ll soon see a rapid return on investment.
- Is the wallboard data from Plecto coming into 3CX real-time? Near enough, Plecto and 3CX exchange data every minute so you'll be sure to get the latest updates to your team. Obviously we wouldn't recommend it to the accuracy of day trading but for most teams it will be absolutely perfect.
- Will Plecto and 3CX help motivate my sales team? Yes! With clear visuals to show real time numbers and staff leader boards, your team will always be in loop as to where they are with targets.
